-	rdy_designlib.cel (Specifically this CEL library witch seemed to have several unfound fonts.


The Vermont Agency of Transportation has been working with Consultants and Bentley to develop a MicroStation and OpenRoads workspace.  
The link below will download a zip file with the current workspace as of 06-08-2021.  
The workspace will be expanded and improved over the coming months, but the basic functionality needed to produce plans is ready.  
The zip file contains a folder named “VTRANS” that can be unzipped in any workspace folder. 
There is a vb script " _\VTrans\connect\Configuration\client_configuration_setup.vbs" 
that will reconfigure (SET) the VTRANS.CFG to work were ever the workspace VTRANS is located.  
“C:\Workspaces\VTrans” is a good location to test the workspace.
